A multi-city bicycle trail plan is currently under consideration. It’s hoped the trail will eventually connect Frisco, Prosper, Plano, McKinney, Allen and Richardson, all by bicycle trails. Plans include creating off-road trails for younger and less experienced riders along with redesigning and increasing the number of roads designated for cyclist and cars to share. Currently waiting approval are off-road trails along U.S. Hwy. 380, Hwy. 121, Eldorado Pkwy. and other routes along popular connecting streets throughout the cities. Even though plans are still awaiting final approval, local cities appear to be pedaling in the right direction
